When and how will I get my tickets? Electronic tickets will be emailed to you immediately after your online purchase. The email will include your confirmation number, receipt and tickets in PDF format to download and print.  

When you arrive, please provide the e-ticket or a printed copy of your e-ticket along with government-issued photo identification to gain access to the conference. If you do not receive an e-ticket please contact us immediately at tickets@bigticketseminars.ca

What is the cancellation policy? Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person or to a future seminar.  

To transfer tickets simply email tickets@bigticketseminars.ca with your name and ticket information along with the name and email of the person the ticket is being transferred. To transfer tickets to next year’s event, simply email tickets@bigticketseminars.ca with your name and ticket information.

What should I expect? We believe in edutainment (educaton + entertainment). So... expect to experience an event that looks like a Ted Talk met Bruce Springsteen over happy hour. You will have fun and our music brings the learning to life. The 2 days are very interactive and immersive, which means we don't have long breaks, keep you moving, all so you retain more and create the breakthrough(s) you are looking to create.

What should I bring with me? Bring a notepad, pen, light sweater or pullover, water and snacks. A seminar workbook will be provided to you at registration. Oh, and bring an open mind and commitment to playing full out. Please order lunch for both days from our healthy meal provider Eat Your Cake. Our breaks are short and you will come to appreciate this decision later!

Will I be assigned a seat or is it first come, first served seating? Regular ticket holders have access to general admission seating on a first come, first serve basis. Groups and partners will have reserved seating. The exact location of your section will be identified on arrival. VIP ticket holders will have access to special seating.

Is parking available nearby? Yes, there are a number of parking lots nearby including a parking lot beside the Vancouver Convention Centre. The Skytrain is also close.

What is the recommended attire? Business casual or whatever you feel your best in! Please ditch the suit and tie, as this isn't one of those seminars. We encourage you to bring a light pull over as we keep the room cool...because: we keep you moving! Wear clothes you are comfortable in.
